Statistics SA releases Job Losses Figures in South Africa

Job losses are up, but not in the industries one would expect. Statistics SA has released the figures for the last quarter of 2012. Strike-hit sectors such as mining and agriculture actually hired more laborers, but thousands of domestic and other workers, meanwhile, have lost their jobs.
