Uganda Appointed to AU Security Council

Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kutesa could be the next President of the United Nations General Assembly come 2014. Kutesa told NTV that Uganda has already declared its interest and presented an application for the top job with ambitions of reforming the international body including securing two seats for Africa on the UN security council.
