Legal expert Professor David Unterhalter, tells eNCA's Gareth Edwards that while the new attempted murder charges against investigating officer Hilton Botha are not ideal for the state's case against Oscar Pistorius, these new charges will have little effect on the bail hearing currently underway at the Pretoria Magistrate's Court.
