DR Congo Peace Deal to be Signed

African heads of state are in Addis Ababa, the Ethiopian capital, to sign a framework agreement on the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The United Nations hopes it will bring peace to the eastern part of the country after almost two decades of war.

But as Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports, some people in Goma think the deal fails to address the roots of the conflict.
