Authorities in Egypt have ruled out foul play in Tuesday's hot air balloon crash, which killed 19 tourists in Luxor. The city relies on tourism to survive and the accident will not help an industry that's been struggling for two years. Al Jazeera's Sherine Tadros reports from Luxor.
