Mido Macia has been laid to rest. The Mozambican died in police custody across the border in South Africa.The video of him being dragged along the road tied to the back of a police van caused outrage locally and abroad.

Meanwhile Macia's mother Joanette Fabio Chope says she wants the police responsible to suffer. Her family is devastated now that the main bread winner, Mido Macia is no longer there. Macia was found dead in a Daveyton police cell last week after being dragged behind a police van.
