President Jacob Zuma arrived in the Angolan capital, Luanda, last night to hold talks with President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos and Democratic Repulic of Congo president Joseph Kabila. The three leaders are expected to discuss the implementation of the peace framework agreement for the DRC that was signed by eleven countries last month.
