National Police Commissioner Riah Phiyega is due to be cross-examined by different legal teams at the Marikana Commission of Inquiry on Tuesday. She is likely to be questioned on comments she made to officers just days after 34 miners were gunned down by police officers. The SAPS has come under fire for the way it handled the incident.
