M23 Rebels Vow Not to Attack UN in DR Congo

The political leader of M23 rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo has vowed that his fighters would not attack United Nations soldiers in the country. The UN Security Council recently decided to create a new unit in the war-torn country to enforce peace and neutralise rebel groups.
