Army Suspends Hunt for Kony in C.A.R

The UPDF-led operation to hunt down LRA leader Joseph Kony and remnants of his group has been halted. The development has been confirmed by both the U.S mission in Kampala and the UPDF, who say they will however remain positioned in strategic bases. The situation in the Central African Republic featured prominently in an extra ordinary seating of the East Africa Stand-by Force command here in Kampala today.
