M23 Rebels Unhappy With UN Decision of Sending Troops

The M23 rebel group from the Democratic republic of Congo have threatened to fight against the United Nations intervention brigade if their bases are attacked. Negotiation teams representing the M23 rebel group and the Congolese Government arrived in the country to resume talks that were scheduled to begin today.
