The United Nations estimates that around 2 million Darfuris have been displaced since fighting broke out in the Sudanese region in 2003. That is almost one third of the population. More than 200,000 refugees live in camps in neighbouring Chad. For 10 years, they have been waiting for the right conditions to return home.
