South Africa Agrees to a U.S. 100 Million Dollar Loan for Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe says it's received a positive response from South Africa for the 100 million dollars in budget support requested in September last year. But, South Africa's northern neighbour says it will need additional financial assistance for elections expected later this year, warning South Africa if it fails to assist it would again bear the brunt of any meltdown.
