Technology-related companies may be forced to invest more in training fresh graduate engineers since a good number of them do not receive adequate training to fit in their organizations.According to Dr. Peter Staecker, the President of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the internal training of engineers by some companies is beginning to become a widespread global trend.With the current high demand for engineers in the society, teachers and lecturers of the subject are also at a threat of thinning out unless given sufficient motivation to stay in classrooms.
