Uganda's growth is unstoppable and the Country will be a lower income economy in four years and a middle income country by the year 2032. This is the optimism of President Yoweri Museveni. He was speaking at the launch of Uganda's vision 2040 plan at Kololo ceremonial grounds this evening.
