President Yoweri Museveni yesterday inaugurated the new leadership of the Busoga Youth Forum where he gave out a minibus, a truck and 15 motor cycles. The President caused a stir when he gave the youth groups in the region 250 million shillings in cash. The money was carried in a sack.However the boost has left the youths sharply divided.
