Eastern Libya Declares Itself Self-autonomous

The region of Eastern Libya has once again declared itself semi-autonomous. Regional tribal leader Ahmed al-Zubeir announced that he will be running the region. The central government in Tripoli had previously rejected the idea. Meanwhile, the International Criminal Court is demanding that Libya hand over Muammar Gaddafi's son, Saif al-Islam.
