Agreement Signed to Normalise Stability in the Mining Sector

South Africa appears to be a step closer to achieving stability in the mining sector. Government, the Chamber of Mines and some trade unions have signed an accord, aimed at normalising operations nationwide. But the Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union have failed to sign the agreement.
