Ballot counting has begun in Mali's run-off election to decide who will try to lead the country out of 18 months of civil strife and political crisis. Results of Sunday's vote are expected at the latest by Friday. VOA's Anne Look has been observing the process in Mali and now joins VOA's Vincent Makori via Skype from Bamako.
