At public Fela debate kickstarting the 2013 edition of the annual Felabration concert, Son of Afro-beat legend Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Femi Kuti talks about Felabration as a huge success surpassing other musical showsin Nigeria. He also said the Nigerian Government as a matter of official essence is now realizing the need to take up the brand in Fela's post-spreading vibes and popularity with the mass of people, beyond Nigeria. He restated the stance of the family against the dead idea of embedding the image of Fela's mother on a proposed N5,000 note by the Nigerian Government. He suggested how better his grandmother and his father, Fela could be immortalized.
