Thousands Flee Fresh Violence in Central African Republic

Doctors Without Borders is reporting that violence has flared again in northwestern Central Africa Republic. Government forces are battling local armed groups, forcing tens of thousands of people to flee their homes. There are also reports of executions and other atrocities. For more on the deteriorating situation, VOA's Vincent Makori talks to Ellen Van Der Velden, Medecins Sans Frontiers Country Coordinator, from Bangui, Central Africa Republic.
