M23-Congo Peace Deal Poised to Take Place Monday

The democratic republic of Congo and the rebel group m23 are poised to sign a peace deal on Monday, according to Congo's foreign minister Raymond Tshibanda. the accord will formally end a 20-month uprising that displaced 800-thousand people. a Ugandan government spokesman says the signing will take place in Kampala.
