Transparency International's 2013 report on perceptions of public service corruption lists Africa's 10 most corrupt nations, beginning at the bottom, as Somalia, South Sudan, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Chad, Eritrea, Zimbabwe, Burundi, the DR Congo and the Congo Republic.

The 10 perceived as the least corrupt are. from the top, Botswana, Cape Verde, Seychelles, Rwanda, Mauritius, Lesotho, Namibia, Ghana, Sao Tome and Principe and South Africa.
