CAR Interim PM Approves of UN Troop Increase

The Central African Republic's new interim prime minister approves of the United Nations Security Council's plan to deploy about 500 European troops to the country. Andre Nzapayeke told VOA today that violence has become a business and that it will take time to address the crisis. CAR is in a state of unrest primarily due to sectarian violence. VOA's Mike Richman has more.
