China is finally getting involved in South Sudan. China's top envoy to Africa says Beijing is beginning a new chapter in its foreign policy, as it joins the effort to help resolve a conflict that has brought the nation to the brink of civil war. VOA's Vincent Makori reports and later talks to Lukudu William, Atlas Corps Fellow, about the events happening in his country and the youth.
