A resident of Wakiso district who was recently brutalized, allegedly by police officers during the Kyaddondo East by-election, has now received legal assistance to pursue the case in court. Patrick Sande claims to have been tortured by Kasangati police officers who inured him in the private parts. Human rights lawyer Ladislaus Rwakafuzi has taken interest in the case and is expected to file the case in court on Wednesday on behalf of the young man.
