In March, there is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women as well as a call to action to enhance gender equality and accelerate women's empowerment across the world. To celebrate the achievements of women in the Technology ecosystem in Ghana, the Gender and Safeguarding Community of Practice (CoP) of the Mastercard Foundation engaged and facilitated dialogues among women participants across the Foundation's program interventions. These conversations highlighted the fundamental need and responsibility of all stakeholders and partners to ensure and expand policies that clearly address women and their access to technology.
