Does the ICC Choose its Targets Fairly?

Fatou Bensouda, the Gambian-born deputy prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has rejected charges that the ICC unfairly targets Africa, saying the victims were also Africans and that indictments were led by referrals from Africans themselves.
