Uganda Denies Supporting M23 Movement in DR Congo

The Minister of State for Foreign affairs Henry Okello Oryem has denied a report by the UN-Group of Experts that Uganda is supporting M23 in Eastern Congo. He added Uganda was denied an opportunity to defend herself through the UN Security Council.
