UN: Rwanda and Uganda Arming Rebels in DR Congo

A UN report says Rwanda's defence minister is commanding rebels in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. It's the second time UN experts have accused Rwanda of interfering in its neighbour's territory. The report also says Uganda is hosting the rebels political office in Kampala. in the past six months, the M23 rebel group has taken control of the mineral rich North and South Kivu provinces in eastern DRC
