Boko Haram Ceasefire Report Raises Hopes for Girls

Amid widespread reports that Nigeria's Federal Government has reached a ceasefire deal with Boko Haram militants, hopes rose that the girls abducted from Chibok in the north-east six months ago will be released. But there are some voices doubting that an agreement has been reached.
