The Nigerian government and the Islamist militant group Boko Haram have agreed to a ceasefire. The government issued an order Friday telling all military chiefs "To comply with the ceasefire agreement in all theaters of operations. Why now and the significance of the agreement are questions on some people's minds. And, what about the missing girls? VOA's Mariama Diallo has our report.
