The United States will soon relax or completely lift restrictions on military assistance to Nigeria, a U.S. lawmaker, Rep. Darrell Issa said after meeting President Buhari in Abuja. A four-member Conressional delegation met with Army, Naval, Defence and Air chiefs. The delegaton includes two Republicans, Issa (California) and Blake Farenthold (Texas), plus two Democrats, Sheila Jackson Lee (Texas) and Frederica Wilson (Florida).
