Kenyan President Says He Won't Negotiate a Power-Sharing Deal

President Uhuru Kenyatta has said those who do not want to participate in the October 26 fresh election are free to do so but should not stop those who want to vote on that day. He says there will be no sitting in boardrooms to negotiate and share government.
