Violent Clash in South Africa as ANC Debates Zuma's Future

The body in the African National Congress which has the power to order President Jacob Zuma to resign is to meet on Wednesday, the day before Zuma is scheduled to appear at the opening of Parliament in Cape Town to outline the government's legislative agenda for the year.

 

In Johannesburg, militant pro-Zuma supporters leading a "Hands off Zuma" demonstration to the African National Congress' headquarters clashed violently with a group of ANC supporters.
