ANC Leader Ramaphosa Promises Decision on Zuma Soon

South Africa's Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa, who is also the President of the African National Congress, has addressed the country on the seemingly precarious position of President Jacob Zuma. Speculation on Zuma's departure has been fuelled by the postponement of the State of the Nation address which was to take place tomorrow.
