Tributes Pour in for Nigeria's Celebrated Poet Ikeogu Oke
Award-winnig poet Ikeogu Oke gained national recognition in 2017 when he won the Nigeria Prize for Literature for his book, The Heresiad. He was widely known for his poetry which was often an introspective reflection on political and social issues. He died in Abuja at the age of 51.
