Fear the Main Factor in Cape Town's Water Saving-Efforts - Study
The University of Stellenbosch and University of Cape Town have published a study in the journal Water Research which found that the fear of Day Zero - when officials said Cape Town's taps will run dry - was more successful than imposing water restrictions or increasing the water tariff.
