Nairobi Will Have Only 3, 000 Bars If a New Law is Passed

The  proposal by the County Liquor and Licensing Board is aimed at curbing the high number of bars mushrooming in the county, according to Nairobi County deputy director of liquor licensing, Hesbon Agwena.
