Tullow Oil Still Can't Switch on Drilling Machines in Turkana

Four sticky issues have to be resolved between the county government and the British oil prospecting company that will lay the ground for the country to secure the Final Investment Decision and resume operations that are geared towards commercialisation of its oil fields. About 80,000 barrels have been transported to Mombasa and, after the hiatus, daily volumes are expected to rise.
