Surprise! Buhari Signs Minimum Wage Into Law

Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari has signed into law with immediate effect, the new monthly minimum wage of N30,000 (U.S.$83,31) for the least paid employee in the country, surprising workers who wanted the implementation date to be May 1, 2019.
