Who is Democratic Republic of Congo's New Prime Minister?

After a four-month wait, Sylvestre Ilunga Ilunkamba has been named as Democratic Republic of Congo's prime minister. Former president Joseph Kabila's political party People for Reconstruction and Democracy Party (PPRD) won a majority in parliament, earning the right to name the prime minister, leading to drawn-out negotiations with President Felix Tshisekedi. Analysts say Ilunga will need to balance the agendas of Tshisekedi and the PPRD in order to be effective.
