SABC Graft Fight Continues Despite Failed Assassination of Exec

South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) board chairperson, Bongumusa Makhathini, has said in an interview that the failed attempt on the life of chief audit executive, Thamsanqa Zikode would not deter the clean-up process at the national broadcaster. Zikode was appointed by the SABC in December 2017 and tasked to deal with 180 reports from internal investigations, as well as probes from the Special Investigating Unit and the Public Protector.
