South African Gupta-Linked Company Must Return 'Ill-Gotten Gains'
A full bench of the High Court in Pretoria has confirmed that payments of nearly R600-million to Trillian Capital Partners, the former Gupta-linked financial advisory firm, by Eskom were invalid and unlawful and that the money must be paid back to the South African power utility.
