Nigeria, U.S. Embroiled In Visa Charges Battle

The U.S. has announced that Nigerian nationals will be required to pay a visa issuance fee, or reciprocity fee, for all approved applications for non-immigrant visas. The U.S. said that Nigeria charges its citizens higher visa fees than what Nigerians pay for U.S. ones. The new fee will be effective from August 29.
