Trump's 'Favorite Dictator' in Hot Water

At the United Nations General Assembly meetings, U.S. President Donald Trump praised Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi as a "great leader" who has brought Egypt out of "turmoil". A few weeks earlier Trump reportedly referred to him as "my favorite dictator". The American president's praise came days after widespread protests sparked by an Egyptian contractor, who had worked with the country's top brass for years, posted videos alleging corruption in al-Sisi's inner circle.
