Kenyatta Fails to Settle Somali Maritime Dispute Out of Court

Mogadishu has shut the door on Nairobi's push to have the African Union broker peace negotiations, with Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo saying the talks between the two countries had completely collapsed. The International Court of Justice will now have to resolve the matter. Public hearings on the case filed by Somalia will run from November 4-8.
