Convicted Rapist Blames Drugs, Impulse in South African Court

Convicted rapist Nicholas Ninow has argued that if he had been sober he would never have raped a seven-year-old girl in the bathroom of a Dros restaurant in Pretoria in 2018. Ninow took the stand in mitigation of sentence on the first day of sentencing proceedings in the High Court in Pretoria.
