Loadshedding Belies Energy Minister's 'No Crisis' Claims
South Africa's Energy Minister Gwede Mantashe, at the launch of the country's Integrated Resource Plan in which the government is looking at a diversified mix of energy sources, commented on the loadshedding that has reemerged in the past two weeks, saying "we have no energy crisis, South Africa has an energy problem that will turn into a disaster if not attended to".
