Focus on Speed and Large-Scale Deals at #AfricaInvestmentForum

With 109 countries - 61 of them non-African - taking part, the second Africa Investment Forum in Johannesburg is focused on deal-making. "Short on talk and heavy on deals," is how the African Development Bank and partners describe this week's forum. The multi-stakeholder transactional marketplace is aimed at raising capital, advancing projects to bankable stage and accelerating financial closure of deals.

Forum partners include Africa 50, Africa Finance Corporation, Africa Export-Import Bank, Development Bank of Southern Africa, European Investment Bank, Islamic Development Bank, Trade and Development Bank.
